Appointments are available Monday through Saturday. You may schedule an appointment by calling me directly at (818) 518-6775 or by using the form under Contact, which will be sent to my email.
Fees are due at the time of session, unless another arrangement has been previously made.
The only insurance companies that I am contracted with are Cottage Hospital and Blue Cross. Please refer to the FAQ section located under Therapy to determine whether or not I am in your specific plan, if you have a deductible, and if you have a co-payment.
In order to maximize your initial session with me, please take the time to download and complete the forms below. They may either be emailed to me at amcgarrma@yahoo.com or brought to your intial session.
