Anxiety is an all too common psychological disorder afflicting millions of people.  Often, one’s anxiety arises from repetitive thoughts, which exacerbate anxiety, further plummeting one’s mood. Through consciously relaxing tense muscles and observing your breath moving in and out, incessant thoughts can be quickly reduced (Lind-Kyle, 2009).

Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed psychologist, specializing in anxiety, addiction, and eating disorders, while also treating a broad range of problematic issues such as depression, low self-esteem, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, and relationship distress.
